​ In the fall of 2021, after a successful twenty-plus year career in marketing and brand experience leadership, facing exhaustion and burnout head-on, I joined the great reassessment. Seeking a significant life reset, my family and I traded the city of Columbus, Ohio, for the mountains of Western North Carolina. This bold move sparked a journey of self-discovery and renewal.

During my sabbatical, I immersed myself even further in my passion for understanding human behavior and personal growth. With a PhD in sociology, focusing on social psychology, throughout my career I've applied people-centered insights to drive progress for clients and organizations. Now, I've come to realize that my true calling lies in being a catalyst for social change. My mission is to amplify the voices of employees, fostering fresh perspectives and inspiring actions that redefine the workplace experience.

As I step into this new chapter, I’m thrilled to join the Five to Flow Collective, where we share a deep commitment to reshaping workplace dynamics. I firmly believe that empathy and curiosity are key to fostering cultures of inclusion and trust.
