We want to help people bring their whole selves to work by using their voices to improve the organizations they serve. To do this, we need you. In return, we’ll provide you with tools and quick action steps you can take on your own while we approach your company to work with us as a team. Once you complete the survey, we’ll send you instructions on addressing any low scores and using your high scores with content relevant to your responses. If you decide to opt in, we’ll also provide you with the latest organizational wellness trends, how you compare to your peers, and share valuable thought leadership from our collective.

As far back as I can remember, I have wanted to change how people feel about their jobs. For most of my life, I have listened intently to people venting about their jobs in one way or another - an evil company, a mean boss, annoying customers, hateful coworkers, boring or tedious duties, a long commute, strict policies, outdated technologies, bad information, layoffs, fear, loathing, stress…. The list goes on and on.
I used to coach my team at one of my employers and suggested how lucky we are that we get to help people learn and find ways to make their jobs just a little bit easier. I would say, “Isn’t it nice that maybe, at the end of the day today, that employee will go home and instead of complaining about how bad their day was, they will say how they learned how to do the job faster and were able to leave on time?”
My teammates would nod and smile, but I am not sure if they truly got it, as having that perfect job where one feels energized, motivated and inspired seems elusive and almost like a fairytale. Though, I do fancy myself an amazing “boss” who did make their jobs pretty fun.
But, seriously, I really mean it. I want people to be able to work from the heart and not feel stuck in heartless places. I have an intense passion for the well-being of employees, leaders, customers, and all other stakeholders that are impacted by an organization’s under-performance, lack, or toxicity. The more people who respond to this survey, the more information we have to begin addressing the root causes at the top, across, and deep within organizations.

We designed our proprietary diagnostic to measure organizational wellness through an integrative lens across five core elements that drive business health. The graph below represents the average diagnostic score by gender across the five core elements globally. The average score is on the left, and the number on the right represents the standard deviation.
This data automatically refreshes when new respondents take the Wellness Wave. Our scoring model is on a scale of 1 to 5. A "1" indicates a business is failing in a particular category or sub-category, and a "5" indicates a business is healthy or in flow.

σ = In statistics, the standard deviation is a measure of the amount of variation or dispersion of a set of values. A low standard deviation indicates that the values tend to be close to the mean of the set, while a high standard deviation indicates that the values are spread out over a wider range.
The Wellness Wave data is currently limited to male and female results due to people with other gender identities declining to disclose.
