Over the past decade as a customer service executive, I worked with individuals around the world that were unhappy where they worked and had no plan for addressing the problem. These experiences helped me discover my purpose in business. Servant leadership is a fundamental component of my DNA, which is why I am so passionate about building frictionless customer experiences as the CXO of Five to Flow.
As a member of the Five to Flow collective, I work with customers across the globe to ensure their needs are met, questions are answered, and challenges are addressed. I assist with stakeholder interviews and surveys, plan and coordinate customer retreats, and consistently monitor customer feedback to ensure we are delivering on our promise.
My goal is to ensure that each and every customer has a frictionless experience with our collective team of organizational wellness experts. From onboarding to handing over our action plan, my number one priority is making sure that our clients are supported, enabled, and groomed for success. Our mission is to build relationships with our clients that sustain peak performance long after we deliver our action plan.
