​ We designed our proprietary diagnostic to measure organizational wellness through an integrative lens across five core elements that drive business health. The graph below displays the average diagnostic score by core element globally. ​ The average score is on the left and the number on the right represents the standard deviation.

This data automatically refreshes whenever new respondents take the Wellness Wave. Our scoring model is on a scale of 1 to 5. A "1" indicates a business is failing in a particular category or sub-category, and a "5" indicates a business is healthy or in flow.

Context

σ = In statistics, the standard deviation is a measure of the amount of variation or dispersion of a set of values. A low standard deviation indicates that the values tend to be close to the mean of the set, while a high standard deviation indicates that the values are spread out over a wider range.
