Thank you for being here.

When I began my career, I was stunned to learn how many people hated something about their job. I remember thinking how awful it would be to spend 40 hours a week for my entire life miserable and unfulfilled.

Consequently, I have spent more than 25 years on a personal mission to understand the “why” behind the choice to remain miserable in a particular workplace and why many business leaders have not fully invested in an employee experience that is healthy, challenging, and remarkable. After spending 16 years in financial services and a brief stint in the healthcare industry, I found my way to consulting. During this chapter of my career, I was able to spread my wings and dig into creating and iterating programs that nourish the employee experience and foster a fiercely loyal and engaged culture.

My experience in consulting led me to Five to Flow. It is so refreshing to work with a team of people that acknowledge we lead human beings, not human doings. Every day, I focus on the employee experience for the Five to Flow team—creating and measuring engagement programming, incorporating change management strategies, collecting feedback, iterating programs, and keeping up on engagement research. It’s really important to me and it’s my responsibility to ensure I practice what I preach. I am most valuable to our Five to Flow clients when I can bring real-time experience and data to real-life organization engagement issues that need solutions to work effectively and quickly.
