Hi. How can I be of service to you today?
I was born and raised in Vermont, where I played competitive tennis, golf and was a freestyle skier. While at Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina, I continued pursuing my passion for sports as a Sports Management major and played #1 on the tennis team. When I moved to Miami a few years later, I spent ten years working in the commercial real estate field.
In 2013, I moved to San Francisco, and I decided to follow a long-time passion of mine and become a health coach. This passion turned into discovering my true purpose: healing others and helping them become the highest versions of themselves.
In 2017, I decided to expand my wellness practice to include personal development and spiritual growth. Having overcome addiction, severe anxiety and depression, I specialize in helping humans slay their dragons, raise their vibration, and step into whom they are truly meant to through creating unbreakable momentum to optimize every aspect of their life.
Joining Five To Flow as the Chief Culture Officer is not the culmination of my personal and professional work to this point, that would be selling what we're doing short. This is the most gigantic step forward that I have taken on my path. Everything I have done up to this point will be reflected in the value, wisdom, and leadership that I will bring to Five To Flow and to each of our customers.
