Partway through the program, CAE recognized a need for support on change management advisory services and a higher level view on governance aligned to the employee’s needs. Aligned with its Salesforce partner, ThirdEye Consulting, CAE engaged Five to Flow with the scope to drive more focus on future state process design, and an end-user-focused change plan.
Five to Flow's contributions encompassed aligning organizational strategy and change planning, developing robust communication and stakeholder engagement strategies, a training plan complete with metrics, a champion approach, adoption tactics, and a model to equip internal teams to execute plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process. Demonstrating a thorough approach, Five to Flow conducted stakeholder analyses, recruited change agents, and implemented effective communication strategies, ensuring stakeholders remained actively involved and informed throughout the transformation journey.
